Allenhouse Institute of Management, Kanpur, established in 2020 under the aegis of Superhouse Education Foundation, is affiliated with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. Prof. Sanjay Medhavi
Prof. Sanjay Medhavi is a distinguished academician with over three decades of teaching and research experience in the field of Management. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at the University of Lucknow, he specializes in Information Systems, research methodology, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, and Services. His extensive experience and academic contributions make him a valuable resource person for FDPs aimed at enhancing pedagogical and research capabilities.
Dr. Masood H. Siddiqui
Dr. Masood H. Siddiqui brings over 28 years of academic, research, and consultancy experience. As a Professor & Head, Dept. of Statistics, University of Lucknow, he has carved a niche in areas like Multivariate Data Analysis, Soft Operations Research, Decision Modeling, and Optimization. A seasoned trainer, he has conducted more than 80 Faculty and Management Development Programs across the country.
Dr. Shailesh Kaushal
Dr. Shailesh Kaushal is an accomplished academician and researcher, currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Lucknow. Dr. Kaushal has contributed significantly to academia through his research publications in reputed national and international journals and has demonstrated exceptional command over statistical tools and software, including SPSS, AMOS, Process Macro, SmartPLS, EViews, and R.
Dr. Mohit Kumar
Dr. Mohit Kumar is an academician and researcher currently serving as Assistant Professor at the School of Business Management, Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJMU), Kanpur. With over a decade of teaching and research experience, his interests include Business Finance, Financial Inclusion, and Financial Literacy. He actively mentors research and contributes to academic policy reforms, with expertise in journal selection, peer review processes, and academic integrity.

- Introduction to Research & Literature Review (Prof. Sanjay Medhavi).
- Research Design: Exploratory, Descriptive, and Experimental approaches.
- Sampling Methods: Probability vs. non-probability sampling.
Day-2 (17 June 2025)
- Basic Statistics: Central tendency, dispersion, distributions.
- Data Management: Entering/importing data, transformations, handling outliers.
- Data Visualisation: Histograms, box plots, error bar charts (SPSS).
- Parametric Assumptions: Normality, correlation analysis (SPSS).
Day-3 (18 June 2025)
- Regression Analysis: Bivariate and Multiple Regression (SPSS hands-on).
- Parametric Tests: t-test, ANOVA, Repeated Measures ANOVA.
- Non-parametric Tests: Chi-square, Mann-Whitney, Kruskal-Wallis.
- Cluster Analysis: Theory and practical session (SPSS).

- Exploratory Factor Analysis (SPSS)
- Structural Equation Modelling (SEM)
- Covariance-based SEM using AMOS
- Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA)
Day-5 (20 June 2025)
- Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM): Modelling with SmartPLS.
- Advanced Analyses: Mediation, Moderation (Process Macro).
- Measurement Models: Formative and reflective constructs.
Day-6 (21 June 2025)
- Research Paper Writing: Structure, quality guidelines.
- Journal Selection: Identifying suitable journals for publication.
- Valedictory Ceremony: Participant feedback and certificate distribution.
