Programme Outcomes (POs)
- PO1: To acquire management knowledge, skills, abilities, and the capacity to apply its principles and practises to find the best solutions for any organisational issues.
- PO2: To collect and analyse data to demonstrate critical thinking abilities in understanding managerial challenges and difficulties.
- PO3: To improve organisational effectiveness and come up with new business ideas, design management problem-solving approaches using modern management science techniques.
- PO4: To improve verbal and nonverbal communication skills as well as their leadership and teamwork qualities through participation and demonstrate practical knowledge in administration and research work.
- PO5: To understand the effects of professional management solutions in social and environmental contexts and apply ethical standards.
- PO6: To recognise business possibilities and develop the entrepreneurial skills necessary to effectively assess and run one’s own company.
- PO7: To understand leadership roles at various levels of the organization and leading teams across the organizational boundaries

- PEO1: To provide students with a good learning environment so they may display high levels of leadership, teamwork, accountability, creativity, and communication in their careers.
- PEO2: To equip students with the skills required to pursue a successful career in the business world.
- PEO3: To resolve complicated business issues and build leadership capabilities to face adversity and crises in the workplace rationally.
- PEO4: To develop responsible managers being capable of comprehending both national and international business environment and absorbing new knowledge and skills.
- PEO5: To participate in citizen civic duty, appreciate social obligations and pursue lifelong learning.
